Railways

In railways Ni-Fe and Ni-Cd accumulators are conformed for locomotive diesel engine start-up and for power supply of control circuits, lighting circuit by direct current when diesel engine is not operating (FH-550, KH-150), for backup power supply of control and lighting systems of electric locomotives, electric train cars (KPL-55P, KPL-125P), for backup power supply of electric equipment of railway passenger carriages (FM-250P, FM-300P, FM-350PM)

Aeronautical engineering

In aviation the Ni-Cd (KSX-25, KSX-40) and Ag-Zn (CЦС) accumulators are used for on-board start of aviation engine or airplane or helicopter turbine starter, as well as for power supply of on-board network systems during parking or during emergency operation of power supply system.

Water transport

In water transport (sea crafts and river boats) Ni-Cd batteries 5KPL55, 5KPL80 and 5KPL125 are used for power supply of direct current of communications facilities, lighting, instruments and electric equipment, which are located on board of a ship.

Electric urban transport

In electric urban transport the KPL125 accumulators are used for direct current power supply of electrical equipment of trolley-buses, trams and transit vehicles.

Floor-type electric transportation

Ni-Fe (FM-250, FM-300, FM-350, FM-330, FM-500) and Ni-Cd (KM-300) accumulators are designed for power supply of electric motors of floor-type trackless electric vehicles (electric cars, electro trucks, ladders).

Coal mining industry

In coal mining industry the alkaline Ni-Cd and Ni-Fe accumulators are used for power supply of mine caplamps, signaling indicators of methane (KCSL12, KCSL13, KL-10) and power supply of electric motors of accumulator mine electric locomotives (FM-350, KM-350, FM-400, FM-500, FM-550).

Lanterns for home and professional use

The torches are completed with waterproof Ni-Cd (KCSL11, KCSL12, KCSL13, KCSM) and filling up (KL-10) accumulators. The lanterns are used for individual consumer's needs (fishermen, traveling public, custodial service, frontier guards etc.) and in various branches of industry (road service of railways etc.).

The lights for professional use (mine caplamps, signaling indicators of methane) are completed by Ni-Cd accumulators (KCSL12, KCSL13, KL-10). The lights are assigned for individual lighting and part of methane control.

Communications system

In branch the Ni-Cd accumulators (KPL-55P, KPL-80P, KPL-125P) are used for direct current backup power of radio stations and control instruments. For floating of telecommunication systems, lighting and signaling, backup of power plants.
